Project Scope: A complete corporate relocation including all furniture, case goods, systems furniture and server room. This multi-phase project included space planning, relocation planning and management services, extensive used workstation inventory utilization and high-volume storage issues. Schedule: 4 Days.
Critical Business Issue: MTI had met with many different vendors for various services for their upcoming relocation, but none of them could offer the all-in-one services of MyOffice.
Capabilities: MyOffice provided all of the relocation management and support from space planning to post-move storage and support. Prior to their relocation, MyOffice consulted with MTI for space planning that included creating a floor plan, adding office furniture and providing MTI with the right design for their corporate transformation. Throughout the weekend MyOffice moved the staff’s PC’s, boxes & contents to their swing space location, provided PC & phone dis-connect and re-connect services, completed inventory of all existing furniture parts and pieces, removed all furniture from the building and placed it into storage, pulled & delivered inventory from stock to install reconfigured workstations, installed new workstation product, provided custom cuts and product modification services, cleaned all panel and chairs fabric on existing product, kept a rolling inventory update and move all the staff’s contents, PC’s and boxes back into their new workstations or hard wall offices.
