Project Scope: Our Customer was growing and took over adjoining space. Their current facility cabling plant was not sufficient. A new Server Room was required, as well as an upgrade of Phone System and Voicemail.

Critical Business Issue: Work had to be done with minimal downtime for 24/7 operation. Phone System and Voicemail had to fit within budget and cash flow requirements, and be easy to use and train. The client said reliability was important.
