Critical Business Issue:  Server Room is backbone of the company and must be live Monday morning at 8:00 am.

• Relocation of 2500 lb. UPS Back-Up Systems

• Removal / Disposal of Voice & Data Cabling

Results:

• Completes on-time, on-budget with minimal issues. 
• Server room relocated with all time commitments were held to the original schedule. 
• Technicians completed the pc-dis connect & re connect process on 350 pc’s starting on a Thursday evening with completion on Saturday morning allowing the customer IT staff adequate time to turn on and test all desktop PC’s.
